Resolution
1) Download latest oracle jdbc driver.
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/enterprise-edition/jdbc-112010-090769.html
ojdbc6 used here for demo purpose.
2) Copy "ojdbc6.jar" to folder
/pentaho/server/data-integration-server/tomcat/webapps/pentaho-di/WEB-INF/lib/
3) Copy "ojdbc6.jar" to folder
/pentaho/design-tools/data-integration/lib
4) Restart Spoon.
